We are a medium sized builder and have some good relationships with suppliers providing a select range of products at very competitive prices. For this reason we do recommend taking advantage of our standard inclusions packages. Below is an outline of our standard packages for you to peruse & chose from.

Generally when costing a new home we will use the mid range package. This package will often compare with the up-grade packages with other building companies so please ensure you are getting apples for apples when comparing prices.
