That's why at AKS Homes, we like to list all your inclusions so you can see at a glance just what tremendous value they are. That we you know our Inclusions Package is the best you'll find.

General

  • Complete Working Drawings
  • Contour Survey
  • Site Investigation and Engineer’s design
  • All statutory and Council fees, including:
    • Council Building Applications
    • Sewerage and Water Connection
  • QBSA Insurance covering your structural warranty
  • Public Liability Insurance during construction period
  • 12 months maintenance period
  • Site works to a fall of 300mm (excludes rock or reef)
  • Sewer and stormwater drains as required
  • BERS Assessment complying with minimum 6 Star
  • Energy Efficiency

Foundations

  • Fully engineered waffle pod slab to “M” class engineered standard
  • Termite Treatment –
    • Termite collars to under slab penetrations
    • Termite physical barrier to perimeter as required
  • 300mm equal cut and fill (NO PIERS ALLOWED FOR)
