Lic. Builder

Director: Tony is the nominated license holder for AKS Homes and takes on the role of overseeing all facets of the operation of AKS Homes.

Sonja Whettam

Administration Manager

Anything to do with finance and administration and Sonja will know about it.

Liz Druce

Contract Manager

Liz, who has been in the building industry since the late 80′s, is highly experienced.  She looks after contracts administration, purchasing and supplier negotiating, software maintenance and ordering. Liz will be your main point of contact, along with you supervisor, during construction of your new home.

 

Ian West

Construction Supervisor

Ian, who is also a licenced builder, is our Construction Supervisor.  You’ll see him come and go, drop off, pick-up, instruct, construct, and destruct.  Ian will be involved with every aspect of constructing your home.

Darryl Lewis

Purchasing - Darryl has joined AKS from the window industry and knows everything there is to know about windows.  Darryl assists Tony with obtaining quotes and assists Liz with the ordering of materials for homes under construction.

Jaimie Mael

IT Guru

Jaimie takes care of everything Information Technology around the office, and on site.
